Programs and Language
Yes. The official Study in Hungary portal says its Study Finder covers more than 700 programs in English and other foreign languages. Availability and entry standards still depend on the institution and intake.
Applicants normally need completed secondary education that meets the institution's subject and equivalence rules. Some programs use entrance examinations or interviews.
The previous degree should support the proposed specialization. Universities can assess prerequisite modules, grades, motivation and language ability.
One-tier programs can be highly selective and may require science prerequisites, entrance tests and interviews. Verify costs and scholarship availability separately.

Budget
There is no single national total. Build the budget from the university invoice, housing choice and current official living-cost data.
Tuition varies by institution and program. The official portal advises students to verify the exact amount with the chosen university, and notes that many institutions require payment before enrolment.
The current official calculator lists indicative Budapest averages of HUF 36,000 for a dormitory, HUF 140,000 for a shared flat and HUF 225,000 for a private flat including utilities.
Official estimates differ by city. Dormitory and shared-flat options in Debrecen, Pécs, Szeged and other regional cities can be below Budapest averages.
Private rentals can require a deposit. Also budget for travel, residence processing, insurance, initial food, local transport and basic household setup.
Check the current award benefits and limits. A scholarship contribution may not remove every personal cost, so calculate the remaining family budget.
Keep the working budget in Hungarian forints and preserve an emergency margin. Exchange rates and personal spending patterns can materially change the PKR total.
